It is very easy to focus on the skin on your face alone and completely neglect the skin on your body. That used to be me but thankfully, things have changed. I started off exfoliating my body with homemade sugar and honey scrubs but I quickly fell out of love with physical scrubs after trying Glycolic Acid (a chemical exfoliant – they resurface dull skin, gently lifting dead skin cells away by dissolving the glue that holds them to the surface). I started using this product about 5 months ago; it has helped visibly improve my uneven skin tone, made my skin smoother and cleared keratosis pilaris, which I had on my upper arm. I talk about exfoliation a lot because it is very very important, you need to help your body get rid of dead skin cells so new skin can shine through and glow. Read more about Exfoliation here.

If you have dry, dull, or uneven skin from the neck down or skin prone to keratosis pilaris, this body lotion can make a significant improvement. The high percentage of glycolic acid (10%) will exfoliate to reveal softer, smoother, more even skin, and it is formulated at a pH between 3.5-3.9, which is the ideal pH for effectiveness. The lotion is rich in antioxidants to help prevent free-radical damage and also contains soothing moisturising agents, so you don’t necessarily need to apply this and a regular body lotion or cream. It definitely is a product worth trying!
