According to the Drunk Elephant founder, Tiffany Masterson, Protini “is the result of almost two years of hard work and innovation,” explaining to Health Magazine that she came up with the concept while on an airplane. “There isn’t anything out there like [it]… It’s not only my teenage daughter’s favorite product in the line, it’s also my 75-year-old mom’s top choice.”
“This breakthrough protein moisturizer combines an unprecedented array and concentration of signal peptides, growth factors, supportive amino acids and pygmy waterlily for visible and immediate improvement in the appearance of skin’s tone, texture and firmness.” – Drunk Elephant Website.

HILARY SAYS REVIEW:
Drunk Elephant, oh Drunk Elephant! How I love thee!! The Protini Polypeptide Cream is another well-formulated product by them. It claims to combine an array of signal peptides, growth factors, supportive amino acids and pygmy waterlily for visible and immediate improvement in the appearance of skin’s tone, texture and firmness.
There is a high concentration of proven ingredients that will fulfill these claims. As claimed, it is packed with peptides, which have been proven by research to stimulate skin cell growth and repair, strengthen the skin’s protective barrier and stimulate collagen production. It also contains amino acids, which are unsung heroes in the skincare world. They have been proven to fight fine lines and wrinkles, hydrate, promote skin cell repair, fight free radicals and boost protein synthesis.
Other beneficial ingredients included in this formulation are antioxidants to fight free radical damage (pygcamy waterlily), depigmenting agent for even skin tone (acetyl glutamine) and humectants for hydration (sodium hyaluronate). It is certainly not the cheapest anti-aging moisturizer, but the formula is wonderful!
Thumbs up to Drunk Elephant for this one.
